Can I cancel an order I just placed online?
Yes, we guarantee any cancellation made within our grace period from the time of placing the online order.
What is the grace period?
Our grace period is 24 hours for orders placed up to 24 hours before the start of an event and 30 minutes for orders placed between 24 hours before the start of the event and the end of the event so long as the tickets have not been used.
How do I request a cancellation?
Simply follow these steps if you meet these criteria:
- Click on Contact Us
- Complete the form with your e-mail address and all information specific to the ticket purchase.
- Once we've successfully processed your request, we'll send you an e-mail verifying your cancellation and a full refund will be issued to your credit card/bank account.
Please Note: Please allow 2-5 days for your credit card provider to apply the refund to your credit card.
What if more time has elapsed than permitted in the grace period?
Unfortunately, after the cancellation grace period has elapsed, all sales are considered final.
